Kalinka Green in "My Christmas Letter"

Dear everyone,

I heard that Marr Vell has maybe gone missing! That is really scary! As soon as I heard I ran for my writing desk and grabbed a piece of paper and a pen! Why would I do that, you ask? Because, I worried that I might be next and I wanted to get, at least, a really short Christmas message to make everyone happy!
I love Christmas sooooo much! It's the best time of year. Well, I like Halloween too. Do you guys remember when we all dressed up? I loved that. I want to dress up again! I should dress up as Santa. But that would spoil the gift I got for---ooops! I may have said too much! If you are reading this, please cross out that line.
I am very worried now. Marr is never late for anything. I asked Kylaia and she said that he was probably buying a gift or something. But that doesn't sound like him to leave things to the last minute.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh, I hope he didn't get caught!
But everyone seems to have been having a good time until that happened. Kylaia and Joneus eventually even smiled at each other. I am glad that they seem to be getting along now. Actually, the conversation went like this:
"So, do you hate me?" Joneus flipped his hair out of his eyes like he always does. (I hope he doesn't know that I got him hairbands for Christmas yet!)
"No, I don't hate you. I just wondered why she invited you. I thought she hated you."
"I guess not," he shrugged to himself.
I don't think they talked much after that. But at least they are getting along again! That makes me happy!
Also, I was really surprised when Trevirn came to the party. I heard that he had died a few weeks ago. I am glad to see that he is alive though! I was tempted to ask him if he really was dead, but I did not.
Wow! I hope I did not bore anyone with my stories! I'm just really excited about Christmas. I want to open presents soon! I wish Marr Vell would get here so that I could know what I got from everyone! Come on Marr Vell! Where are you?
I just looked out the window. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! It's snowwwwing! Only a little though, but it cheers me up.
Hey, it sounds like everyone is yelling downstairs. I wonder what's going on down there! Oh dear! I hope that if something caught Marr Vell that it is not coming to catch me too!
